THINKCAR GDI 100 INJECTOR CLEANER AND TESTER.

The Thinkcar GDI 100 is a professional-grade workstation designed specifically to handle the high-pressure demands of Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI) systems, while remaining backward compatible with Standard Fuel Injection (SFI) and Multi-Port Fuel Injection (MPFI).  
​Think of it as a "health spa" for your injectors—it doesn't just rinse them; it diagnoses their performance under simulated engine conditions.

Key Functions & Capabilities

1. ​Ultrasonic Cleaning
   ​This is the "prep" stage. The unit features a built-in ultrasonic bath that uses high-frequency sound waves to create cavitation bubbles in a cleaning solution.  
   ​Purpose: Strips away stubborn carbon deposits, resin, and sediment from the exterior and needle valve of the injectors.  
   ​Capacity: It can clean multiple injectors simultaneously.  
2. Uniformity & Sprayability Test
   ​Uniformity: Checks if all injectors in a set deliver the same volume of fuel. If one is spraying less than the others, your engine will run "lean" in that cylinder.  
   ​Sprayability: Allows you to visually inspect the spray pattern through the backlit glass tubes. It ensures the fuel atomizes correctly rather than "squirting" in a solid stream.
3. Leakage Test
   ​The GDI 100 applies high pressure to the injectors while they are closed.
   ​The Goal: To ensure no fuel drips from the nozzle tip. A leaking injector causes poor fuel economy, hard starts, and oil dilution.  
   ​4. Injecting Flow Test
   ​This measures the precise amount of fuel an injector sprays under continuous wide-open conditions for a set duration (usually 15 seconds). This confirms the injector meets the manufacturer's flow rate specifications.
   ​5. Automatic Test Mode
   ​For efficiency, the machine has pre-programmed sequences that simulate various engine loads:
   ​Idling
   ​Medium Speed
   ​High Speed
   ​Acceleration/Deceleration
   ​6. On-Vehicle Cleaning
   ​With the appropriate optional adapters, the GDI 100 can be used to clean the fuel system and intake valves while they are still installed on the vehicle, bypassing the fuel tank.
