  Send your address and phone number, and we’ll calculate your shipping cost right away. Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days after payment.

Delivery Updates

Once your item is shipped, we’ll send your invoice by email.
If you don’t receive your order:

• Within Lagos: Notify us within 3 days

• Outside Lagos: Notify us within 5 days

Pre-Order Items

If you order a pre-launch item, we’ll reserve and ship your full order on or before the product release date.

Returns & Refunds Made Easy

You may return new and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
If the return is due to our error (wrong or faulty item), we’ll cover the return shipping.

Refunds Timeline:

• Transit to us: 5–10 business days

• Processing your return: 3–5 business days

• Bank processing: 5–10 business days

Most refunds are completed faster.

Factory Defects (Rare but Covered)

If your machine has a factory fault reported within 30 days, we’ll:

• Fix and return it at no cost

• If unfixable locally, we’ll ship it abroad, at our expense
