Delivery
For all orders within Lagos, we deliver within 1-3 business days and 3-5 business days for orders outside Lagos.Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your invoice. We have to be notified of undelivered packages within 3 days from the day you placed the order for orders within Lagos and 5days from the day you placed the order for orders outside Lagos.

Pre-Ordered Items
If you have ordered pre-order items with a launch date, we will then reserve your total order until the launch date. The total order will be dispatch from us on or before the day of the launch.If you have any questions on our shipping policy, please feel free to contact us

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for exchange or a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Factory Errors
For products with purely factory errors that may result to malfunctioning, we will fix and return to clients as quickly as possible( that is, if this error is reported within 30days) . In the case of machines that can not be fix in Nigeria, it will be taking abroad for repair and the cost of repair and shipping will be on us. We will needs your patience in a case like this.......they SELDOM HAPPEN. At the end , we will all be HAPPY.
