The Thinkcar AC100 V3.0 is an intelligent, professional-grade A/C service station designed for automotive workshops. It is a fully automatic machine that handles the end-to-end process of servicing vehicle air conditioning systems, supporting both R134a and R1234yf refrigerants (depending on the specific setup).  
​Here are the complete primary and subsidiary functions of the unit:

1. PRIMARY SERVICE FUNCTIONS.

​Recovery & Recycling: Swiftly extracts refrigerant from the vehicle’s A/C system, filters out impurities, and stores it in the internal 12L tank for reuse.  
​A/C System Flushing: Removes internal grease, fouling, and old sludge to restore system performance. It features three specific flushing modes:  

1. Forward Flushing  
2. Reverse Flushing  

Pulse Flushing (High-intensity cleaning)  
​Vacuuming: Deeply evacuates air and moisture from the system using a high-capacity vacuum pump (7.2m^3/h) to prevent corrosion and ensure efficient cooling.  
​Leak Detection: Maintains a vacuum to check for system leaks before recharging.  

OIL MANAGEMENT:

Automatic Used Oil Draining: Automatically removes and measures old oil recovered from the system.  
​New Oil Injection: Recharges the system with the precise amount of new lubricant.  
​Quantitative Recharging: Refills the vehicle with a precise amount of refrigerant based on a built-in database or manual settings.

​Fully Automatic Mode: Allows technicians to set parameters once; the machine then performs recovery, vacuuming, leak testing, and recharging in a single hands-off sequence.  
​Vehicle Database: Includes a built-in database of refrigerant and oil capacities for various vehicle makes and models to ensure factory-spec accuracy.  
​Data Printing: Equipped with a built-in micro-printer to provide customers with a report of the service (total refrigerant recovered/added, oil used, etc.).  
​Safety Alarms: Features automatic stop-and-alarm functions for high pressure, full tank, or empty tank scenarios.
